General information

Cancellation & Change of order
An order cannot be canceled after the order is completed.

 

Return, Right of withdrawal, Right of exchange
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a private person have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. As a private person, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal / exchange right when you shop online. This means that you have 14 days from receipt of your package that you can return the item unused and undamaged. You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal. You can not regret the purchase of an item with a broken. The product must be returned in unchanged condition in its original packaging.

If you meet the conditions required to be able to apply the right of withdrawal. Should you be dissatisfied with the product and want to replace it with another corresponding product. Please contact our customer service. We do not accept returns if the packaging is damaged in a way that reduces the price of the item.

Complaint

  • In order for you to be able to complain about the product, the error must have been present from the beginning when you received the product.
     

  • You must not have made the mistake yourself.
     

  • You have the right to complain about an item for 30 days after you have received it.
     

​If you receive an incorrectly delivered item, you must contact our customer service within 7 days as soon as possible. Also when it comes to complaints about broken goods, contact our customer service.

If the item is broken once you have received it, it's important that you tell us and why you are not satisfied. Contact us and enter your order number and article number and product name. We will then return as soon as we can. We refund the return shipping and what you have paid for the damaged or faulty item provided that we can not send a new item to you as a customer within a reasonable time. We are of course responsible for return shipping for incorrectly delivered deliveries and approved complaints. You as the sender are responsible for the shipment and reaching us.a

Refund
Once we have received your return, we will complete the refund within 10 days. You will be notified by email when your refund is completed. You will receive the corresponding amount for returned goods deposited in the account, within 3-5 banking days from the time of repayment.
